Orléans' older housing stock, deeper frost line and bilingual community shape every project here differently than the western suburbs. We've been working east-end Ottawa since 2016 — bilingual on request.

Most of Orléans' housing stock dates from the 1970s to early 2000s — Convent Glen, Queenswood Heights, Fallingbrook, Avalon. That means original interlock from the original builders, original bathrooms with original fixtures, and original kitchens with cabinets that have served their decade. The renovation work here is genuine renewal, not just refinishing.
We also account for east-end Ottawa's slightly deeper frost line — exposure to north-west winds off the Ottawa River means we sometimes excavate an extra inch or two for interlock driveways in the most exposed parts of Avalon and Fallingbrook. Quotes available in French or English.
